MABEL Wave 5

The main survey materials for Wave 5 (2012) of the MABEL survey are provided below. There were eight versions of the survey questionnaire in Wave 5. That is, there were two versions (one for doctors 'new' to the survey and one for 'continuing' doctors who participated in one or more of Waves 1 to 4) for each of the four main types of doctor (GP & GP registrar; Specialists; Hospital doctors not enrolled in a specialty; and Doctors enrolled in specialty training).
