Abstract

As restrictions begin to ease in most parts of the country, Australians will be looking to get back to their lives and resume their daily activities. Precautions will need to be taken, however, to ensure a safe return to routine that avoids a reversal of the gains made so far during the pandemic. Using data from the Melbourne Institute’s Taking the Pulse of the Nation survey, this Research Insight explores respondents' changes in transport usage during COVID-19 and their opinions on wearing face masks in public.
