Professor Anthony Scott
Professional Fellow, Melbourne Institute: Applied Economic & Social Research

Anthony Scott is the Health and Healthcare Program Coordinator at the Melbourne Institute. He is a Fellow of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia, immediate past President of the Australian Health Economics Society, and a Board Director of the International Health Economics Association. He established the Medicine in Australia: Balancing Employment and Life (MABEL) panel survey of 10,000 doctors, and is a Research Lead Investigator in the NHMRC Partnership Centre on Health System Sustainability.

Professor Michael Kidd AM
Principal Medical Advisor & Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Department of Health Australia

Professor Michael Kidd AM has been a general practitioner for 35 years, working in urban and rural areas across Australia, and is a past president of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He is a world-leading authority on primary health care, having worked in senior leadership positions in Australia and around the world, including the World Health Organization and the World Organization of Family Doctors. He has vast experience of national and global health systems. Michael is helping change the way we deliver quality health care to every Australian. His contribution to the coronavirus response is focused on how the health system can evolve to meet the current needs of the Australian community — bringing health care into our homes.

Richard Grayson
Head of Health, ANZ Commercial Banking

Richard Grayson is the Head of Health within ANZ’s Commercial Bank. ANZ Health is a specialist business within ANZ that services clients ranging from individual practitioners to large corporates. A leading financier to the sector, ANZ Health provides nearly $10bn in commercial and residential funding in support of over 5,000 clients. Richard holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce degrees as well as a post graduate certificate in Applied Finance and Investment. He has worked in the Healthcare business for over 10 years and also has experience in corporate and project finance roles in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
