Have you ever wanted to know more about the MABEL Data from the Medicine in Australia: Balancing Employment and Life (MABEL) Survey? Or wondered how you could use the MABEL Data in your project or research? Then this workshop is for you!

The Centre for Research Excellence in Medical Workforce Dynamics, funded by the NHMRC, held a half-day MABEL Data Users Workshop on Wednesday 24 May 2017 from 1:30pm -  5pm, in Melbourne (the afternoon before the 5th MABEL Research Forum).

Who should come to the workshop? Researchers and data analysts from universities, governments, the health sector, medical colleges and organisations, who are thinking of using MABEL data.

What will you learn? Participants will be provided with an overview of the MABEL data and MABEL Survey, including information about survey content, sampling, data management and quality, response rates, and how best to access the data. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, and find out whether their research questions can be answered using the data. The workshop is free to attend and will be similar to previous workshops.

Cost: Free. Registration is essential. Closes at 5pm on Tuesday 23 May 2017.
Includes afternoon tea.
